Quarterly Report - 04: Maternal & Child Nutrition in Char land, Bangladesh (64160)
The Global Community Organization's Project 64160 aims to improve the nutrition and health of mothers and children in the Char areas of Bagha Upazila and Daulatpur Upazila. The project, which started on January 1, 2025, focuses on creating a healthy and safe environment in alignment with the organization's environmental goals. This quarter, foundational activities such as field surveys, quarterly project meetings, and lobbying local government have been successfully carried out. By engaging Community Clinic (CC) and TYAGI volunteers, we performed counseling meetings and courtyard meetings for pregnant and lactating women. From our initiative, 5 pregnant and lactating women and 27 community beneficiaries have been benefited. This progress is a direct result of our implementation strategy, and the project is on track to create a model for sustainable solutions.
